Dr. Catherine Butler, PT, DPT
Chronic Pain Specialist

Catherine is a dedicated physical therapist who graduated from Northeastern University with a passion for helping others achieve their best physical health. With a deep commitment to personalized care, Catherine uses her expertise to guide patients through their recovery journey.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys hiking and cherishing quality time with friends and family, bringing her love for an active lifestyle into her approach to therapy.

Dr. John McCarthy PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS, COMPT
Youth and Competitive Athletes Specialist, Orthopedics Specialist ​​
​​After working as a personal trainer, John graduated from the University of Hartford with a doctorate in Physical Therapy. Directly after graduation, John completed an intensive 13 month Orthopedic Clinical Residency program with Hartford Healthcare and the University of Hartford and was able to learn directly from and work with some of the most notable clinicians in the nation. During this time, John also received his certificate in Orthopedic Manual Therapy. John is currently studying to take the Orthopedic Clinical Specialty (OCS) exam and currently is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
Outside of the clinic, John enjoys watching and playing basketball, going to the gym, and spending time with his dog.



Dr. Jaden Calixto PT, DPT
Youth and Competitive Athletes Specialist, Post-Surgical Specialist ​​
Jaden Calixto is a dedicated Doctor of Physical Therapy who earned his degree from American International College (AIC). With a strong foundation in sports rehabilitation, Jaden specializes in working with athletes and youth populations, helping them recover from injuries and return to peak performance.
A former NCAA Division II soccer player, Jaden understands firsthand the physical and mental demands of competitive sports. His athletic background fuels his passion for injury prevention, performance optimization, and empowering young athletes to stay strong, resilient, and confident.
Jaden is committed to lifelong learning and regularly continues his education to stay on the cutting edge of evidence-based treatment techniques. Outside the clinic, you’ll find him staying active, playing soccer, and spending quality time with his family.

Kaitlin Starr

Kaitlin is the glue of Roba Physical Therapy. Whether it's having to adjust your scheduled appointments, or ask specific details about your insurance carrier and claims, Kaitlin is your go to.

As you walk into Roba Physical Therapy, you can always expect to be greeted by a big warm smile from Kaitlin.

When she is not working Kaitlin enjoys spending time with her family, working out and hanging with her friends.



Dr. Sotir Roba, PT, DPT, CSCS

Having possessed a lifelong passion for sports and helping others, Dr. Sotir Roba opened Roba Physical Therapy and Wellness in 2022 with the goal of empowering people to re-gain their physical freedom. Tired of seeing people avoid their favorite activities or athletes sidelined due to nagging injuries, Sotir wanted to provide an atmosphere where athletes could feel at home.

Sotir graduated from Springfield College in 2020 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Sotir currently holds a Strength and Conditioning certificate (CSCS) which he frequently utilizes as part of his treatment philosophy. Sotir is also certified in dry needling, active release technique (ART), blood flow restriction training, and much more!

Sotir's mission is to deliver more smiles in healthcare and reduce the burden associated with receiving PT services.
