Dr. Matt MacDonald PT, DPT
​Lead Physical Therapist
​
Matt developed a passion for health and wellness at a young age. Through this, he learned the importance of discipline and gained the confidence to take on anything. He chose to pursue a career in physical therapy because he wanted to be able to share the gift of movement and active lifestyle with others.
He graduated from University of Connecticut with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He currently holds level 1 and level 2 certifications in the Functional Movement Screen (FMS), and a level 1 certification in the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA). He is also certified in dry needling and has completed multiple manual therapy courses through the University of Hartford. He is a veteran of the United States Navy.
When he is not at work Matt enjoys spending time with his family. Despite no longer competing, Matt enjoys powerlifting. He likes to find creative ways to integrate this into his treatment.
Dr. Hayley Byers, PT, DPT

Hayley graduated from Springfield College with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. During her time at Springfield, she was a member of the women’s lacrosse team where she developed an understanding of human movement and sports performance. Transitioning from athletics to strength training full-time, Hayley is passionate about blending her love for fitness and exercise with her physical therapy treatments. She aims to empower her patients to return to their favorite activities by optimizing functional outcomes and enhancing overall well-being.
When not in the clinic, you can find Hayley in the gym or coaching youth girls' lacrosse.
Dr. Catherine Butler, PT, DPT

Catherine is a dedicated physical therapist who graduated from Northeastern University with a passion for helping others achieve their best physical health. With a deep commitment to personalized care, Catherine uses her expertise to guide patients through their recovery journey.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys hiking and cherishing quality time with friends and family, bringing her love for an active lifestyle into her approach to therapy.
Kaitlin Starr

Kaitlin is the glue of Roba Physical Therapy. Whether it's having to adjust your scheduled appointments, or ask specific details about your insurance carrier and claims, Kaitlin is your go to.

As you walk into Roba Physical Therapy, you can always expect to be greeted by a big warm smile from Kaitlin.

When she is not working Kaitlin enjoys spending time with her family, working out and hanging with her friends.
Dr. Sotir Roba, PT, DPT, CSCS

Having possessed a lifelong passion for sports and helping others, Dr. Sotir Roba opened Roba Physical Therapy and Wellness in 2022 with the goal of empowering people to re-gain their physical freedom. Tired of seeing people avoid their favorite activities or athletes sidelined due to nagging injuries, Sotir wanted to provide an atmosphere where athletes could feel at home.

Sotir graduated from Springfield College in 2020 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Sotir currently holds a Strength and Conditioning certificate (CSCS) which he frequently utilizes as part of his treatment philosophy. Through a series of continuing education seminars, Sotir is also certified in dry needling, active release technique (ART), blood flow restriction training, and much more!
At Springfield College, Sotir was a part of the men's soccer team and stays involved in the soccer community by playing in various leagues and helping youth athletes excel on and off the field.
