HOW SPORTS REHAB WORKS
Three steps, built around your sport and your goals. Every visit is one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

Step 1
Find the Cause
A full evaluation shows what is driving the injury, not just where it hurts.

Step 2
Rebuild Strength
Hands-on care plus strength and movement training, with room to run, cut and jump in the clinic.

Step 3
Return to Sport
Strength and movement testing shows when you are ready to play again.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Quick answers to what athletes and parents ask us most.
How long does ACL rehab take?
Most athletes need 9 to 12 months after ACL reconstruction before returning to sport. Your timeline depends on your surgery, your sport and how you test.
When can I return to my sport?
When you pass strength and movement testing, not on a set date. We test before clearing you to play.
Can I keep training while I rehab?
Usually, yes. We adjust your training around the injury so you keep your fitness while it heals.
We live and breathe athletics!
Our Therapists have all played high school and college sports and are ready to help you.
